Users agree to use the service only for lawful and educational purposes.

- use the platform for illegal activities
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- misuse or disrupt the operation of the platform
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Data Ownership
Teachers and schools retain ownership of the classroom data they enter into Conferring Notebook.
Conferring Notebook does not claim ownership of user-generated educational data.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- upload malicious code
- attempt to reverse engineer the service
- scrape or copy platform data without permission
Service Availability
We strive to keep Conferring Notebook available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Conferring Notebook is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach Daily, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
